Boost Pressure Control Valve (Pressure Converter) regulates the vacuum supplied to the turbocharger actuator or EGR system. It ensures the turbo geometry (VNT) adjusts correctly to engine load demands, delivering the precise amount of boost requested by the Engine Control Unit. This specific PIERBURG valve is a direct factory replacement for many BMW, MINI, and ALPINA diesel models.
