In case there are mistakes in your order or you wish to exchange amount or an item after sending your order you can change or correct any detail at any time, until your Goods have been dispatched, by email info@partsbos.com or online via contact-form. There is no need to give reasons for your decision.
Please note, we sent you the NEW, genuine product, and we expect that we'll receive back the same item in NEW condition (HASN'T BEEN INSTALLED , UNDAMAGED, NO SCRATCHES AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE) .
Once we will receive it we check it, and if all will be ok, we refund your money .
The right to cancel allows you to examine the goods like you could handle them in a normal shop .The period of time to cancel or return the Goods ends on the expiry of 14 (fourteen) days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the ordered goods. In case we should not provide all information according to regulation 7 (DSR 2000) in writing or another durable medium, that are:
- the identity of the supplier and, where the contract requires payment in advance, the supplier’s address;
- a description of the main characteristics of the goods or services;
- the price of the goods or services including all taxes;
- delivery costs where appropriate;
- the arrangements for payment, delivery or performance;
- the existence of a right of cancellation except in the cases referred to in regulation 13;
- the cost of using the means of distance communication where it is calculated other than at the basic rate;
- the period for which the offer or the price remains valid; and
- where appropriate, the minimum duration of the contract, in the case of contracts for the supply of goods or
services to be performed permanently or recurrently;
and these terms and conditions, the stated period of 14 days begins with the day after the day on which you receive this written information.
